We are not a registered company yet but we’re testing the market.

SECTION 1 – POSTING PROJECTS / SERVICES
- You cannot post fake projects or services, if you do, your account will be immediately terminated as soon as we get to know.
- You cannot post your personal details such as phone number, e-mail address, payment, or banking info in your posts.
- You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (not just copyright laws).
- You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature within your posts.
- You may not use copyrighted materials like images, video or music, etc, and use other’s work without their consent for your posts, it is strictly prohibited. Instead, use copyright-free materials, such resources have been given to you in the resource section.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your account, and posted data.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
You’ll get a maximum 2 warnings for any appropriate behavior of yours and a chance for correction, beyond this your account will be banned permanently.
SECTION 3 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information (profiles) posted available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current because it is not possible to know if someone has given the wrong identity proof, his information on the profile.
But we ensure that the service and jobs posted on the site are genuine and real.

If you rely on the material on this site which is not recommended by us or we have not granted any rights to, you are at your own risk.
Section 3 – REGARDING DISPUTES
For Freelancer or Seller
As a Freelancer or seller, you can raise a dispute only when you’re hired (during the project) or once you completed the project.
Your Dispute will be considered if it falls under any of the following scenarios –
- You’re Hired for a task and Delivered the final result as asked by the buyer but still he has released payment (You’ll have to justify your work and what he asked for
- You have processed the order but the employer has canceled it
As an Employer or a Buyer, you can raise disputes for undergoing order or completed order.
Your Dispute will be considered if it falls under any of the following scenarios –
- You hired a Freelancer but he’s not responding for long (ideally more than 1 hour other than his responding time)
- The freelancer did not work as you expected (you’ll have to clearly justify what’s wrong with the freelancer’s work and your order)
Note: You need to justify your reason for raising a Dispute with supportive evidence
Payments are not released to freelancers or refunded back to the employer unless the clear communication with both parties.
Once you made a decision to approve the payment to the opposite party it can be reversed and thus will not be refunded in any case.
Our Process of Resolving a Disputes
- We’ll investigate the dispute raiser’s pieces of evidence and notify the opposite party about it
- The Opposite Party’s pieces of evidence and views will be taken into the consideration
- After the clear confirmation payment will be delivered to the winner and both parties will get notified about it
Your dispute will be resolved within 2 working days. (It can be delayed due to no response from any of the parties)

SECTION 5 – SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
SECTION 6 – TERMINATION
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
SECTION 7 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and jurisdiction of Maharashtra.
