What Information do We Collect?

We also collect information about your communications with Microwork as well as communication with other users of Microwork.
In addition, we collect information while you access, browse, view content, or otherwise use the site.

You directly provide us with most of the information we collect. We also collect technical information indirectly and automatically through our website analytics.
We may also collect information from third-party vendors and/or other commercially available sources like Google Analytics, search console for marketing analytics, and user behavior on the site.
How Do We Use the Information Collected?
We use personal information (what you’ve manually entered) to operate the site, make your orders, post anything on our site and perform our obligations to you; to ensure integrity and security; to prevent fraud; to contact you and send you the updates with your account or orders or our site’s promotion via email.
We may also use it to comply with public authorities’ lawful requests and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
How Long Do We Keep Personal Information?
We will keep personal information as long as it is required to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. However, if the user wants to delete his all information on the site he can contact us. We’ll delete it from the backend. Since it’s the only option we have currently.
Note: We don’t use any of your information if you’re not active on the platform for any other purposes. We just use your information to keep site functionalities working and keep it a legitimate platform for users.
Children Under the Age of 13
Our Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Sharing Personal Information with Third Parties
The personal information you’ve uploaded is saved on third parties content management systems like woo-commerce, WordPress to operate the Site, make your order, and display it to other users.
Where We Store Personal Information?
All the personal information you provide to us will be stored or processed on our behalf by third-party hosting services and data processors (servers) and may be located in other countries, such as Singapore.
Terms and Condition Regarding Payment Systems
We don’t have any control over any issues with payment gateways and your details saved there. We use this just to accept or release the payments done on-site. If payment problem is at our end we will definitely help you there.
Payment Holding Rights
When work providers post their custom projects they have to deposit the budget amount at our end only then the final result will be delivered.
How payment is delivered to Freelander?
Once the freelancer has processed the order, the payment will be transferred to his account on site then he can withdraw it with preferred payment mode (PayPal or Direct bank transfer or Payoneer)
Note: We have the right to hold the payment at our end if the work provider reports an issue or finds something wrong with the freelancer’s account. If everything is okay we will not hold your payment.
